TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be required before undertaking any project. The SLA lists details of the task and any specific requirements; the hourly rate or expected cost and confidentiality clause, all of which when signed indicate the client's acceptance to Terms & Conditions. Please note that should the client's original requirements change, we reserve the right after suitable consultation to amend the original quotation.
Please note final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work (including manuscripts, dissertations) rests with the client. We can accept no responsibility for errors found after submission but will gladly correct any found within a reasonable time scale. If errors are found in the work, they will be rectified free of charge but they must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of completed work or within 14 days for work of more than 3000 words. Should any errors be found in the work, we will be liable for the cost of the work only - no further liability is acknowledged.
We are not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by me. Clients are solely responsible for its appropriate use, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements. We are not responsible for the content of any document supplied to them. We retain the right to reject work for any client which involves material we find to be illegal, immoral or objectionable.
Please note - in the current climate of prolific computer viruses, all incoming emails, files or disks will be scanned. However, even after scanning we will still not open unsolicited attachments to emails or emails containing no message alongside the attachment.
Back-up copies of client files are kept for a period of six months only. After that time, they will be deleted.
Confidentiality
We will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Thuriam, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to a client. We will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of any agreement. Non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement will be signed with the client.
Billing/ Payment details
Fees are based upon client need. We will work within any budget. Our standard packages are.
Setup Fee - One Time/Per Project Contract: $35
Monthly Rate -
20 Hours - $200
30 Hours - $300
40 hours - $400
Full Time Position - Minimum 3 month Contract
40 Hours per week for 4 weeks - $1600
After signing the contract 30% of amount should be paid as an advance. Rest of the amount should be paid at the end of the project, within one week of time.
Payment can be made as a Swift wire transfer or through online credit card payment gateway.
Delivery and Logistics
Work assignments are communicated through e-mail, phone, fax, mail, diskette transfer, overnight delivery, priority mail or other mutually-agreed upon method requested by client during initial consultation. We will provide dedicated, secure access to our workflow system and FTP. Our Administrative Specialists will be available online on Instant Messengers and over the Help desk number. The completed project file can be downloaded from our FTP server or it can be sent through secure email if preferred by the client. Carrier delivery methods (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) will be billed to client at cost.
Reports and Monitoring
All hours worked on project are documented and detailed with date and time details with true per second billing. Documented hours are sent via email in the following ways:
1. If project is one-time/occasional, the time sheet will be submitted after project
completion.
2. If project is based on a monthly contract, the time sheet will be submitted after each paid month of service.
3. If project is based on a full time contract, the time sheet will be submitted weekly on Fridays before 5 p.m. EST.
Reports will be sent to the client (Director/Administration Manager). Day to day time sheet, deliverables report, schedules report, and mails contact list all will be accessible online to client to enable quality management information system.
